Dispusolve investigates complaints thoroughly and affordably.

We seek to resolve complaints by using investigative techniques similar to those required by Ombudsman and other independent adjudication schemes, with the aim of avoiding the cost of court action.

If you subscribe to such a scheme, we can carry out the initial investigation for you.

If you do not subscribe to such a scheme, we can still provide an independent investigation, showing that you take the complaint seriously and that you are keen to seek a fair outcome.
